Founded in 1985. Fear of Flying consisted of Tearle Ashby-Bass, Vocals, Mark Occhiogrosso-Keyboards, Vocals and Tom Occhiogrosso-Drums.  As a "powerhouse Trio", Fear of Flying captivated audiences throughout the east coast and received critical acclaim nationally and internationally.  Their first CD release, "Parents Tend To Oxygen First" received radio airplay throughout the northeast and placed in the top 10 in college radio charts.  In 2001 Tearle Ashby and the brothers Occhiogrosso returned to the studio and recorded/releaseed "More Attempts At Perfection". M.A.A.P. received critical acclaim, was played in its entirety on the B.B.C. Radio Network. Although regional performers, the M.A.A.P. CD sales were extensive in Europe, Asia and South America. 2003 saw the addition of Carm Grasso-Guitars, Vocals to the line up.  In 2009, Fear of Flying released their third, self-titled CD.  "Fear of Flying" also drew critical acclaim nationally and internationally and sold very well in the European, Asian and South American markets."Fear of Flying" was also featured on the B.B.C. Radio Network and was rotated in South American radio syndication.
